Description: I started off
as a host and was promoted to General Manager within 8 months. I managed two
restaurants with a liquor license (full bar) successively. Besides ensuring the
profitability of the restaurant, hiring / dismissing employees, and securing
sufficient inventory (beverages / alcohol), I also redesigned the floor plan of both locations and had
the ALOHA server system installed in all Sweet Heat restaurants.
